Summary
To summarize – as a minimum a Rope Access Operator should be able to to provide you with:
- Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for all work activities
- Copies of all insurances and licenses; including builders licenses – (The following link will tell you when does a contractor require a QBCC License?)
- Copies of all relevant certifications and competencies for all staff members working on your site/building – High Risk Work Cards & IRATA Cards & Working at Heights Card
- Information on the rope access equipment – including inspection records
- A Rescue and Evacuation Plan for the works
